Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

Intimate or sanitary goods.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted for the following reasons:

Books with obvious signs of use.

Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company as there may be processing time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as they may also require additional processing time.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
